1/25 Terrace wall at Standon
Lordship West
(30m to SE of house)

GV II

Terrace wall. C16, heightened in C19. Narrow red brick with
wide mortar joints. Red brick later work with narrow piers
projecting on W. The wall defines the E side of the terraced
garden on the S of the house. It runs 45 metres S, interrupted
by adrive to The Coach House near its S end and then turns and
runs about 25 metres to E. Blocked opening near end.
