House, now 2 houses. C17, refronted in late C18. Timber frame
roughcast but cased in red brick on front and up to eaves height
on S gable. Old red tile roof. 2 rear wall chimneys and outshut
lean-to at rear. Front openings in 2 groups. Left hand part
symmetrical with 2 windows to each floor and central door. Flush
box sash windows with 10/10 small panes but vertical margin
lights to window to right of door. Right hand part has one
window on each floor to the left of the door and blank walling to
the right. Flush sash windows of similar proportion but 3/3
panes. Segmental arches to ground floor windows. Flush panelled
doors in moulded surrounds with entablature of plain frieze and
flat hoods.
