GV II

Inn, now a house. Late C17 or early C18. Timber frame on
painted brick plinth. Roughcast with steep old red tile roof,
hipped with gablet at N end where it extends down over a lean-to
extension weatherboarded on N but roughcast on W. 2 storeys and
cellar. 3-windows long W front to road. Door up 2 steps in
middle with a pair of windows on left and one window to right on
each floor. Square flush box sash windows with 3/3 panes.
Panelled door in plain surround. Large central chimney to N
part, small internal gable chimney at S. Cellar access doors at
S end of front.
