House, now a bank. Early Cl9. Grey gault brick and slated roof,
with wide eaves cornice on paired brackets. 2 storeys, 2 windows
wide with door on left and right hand upper window wider.
Contemporary with No 46 to right. Recessed sash windows with
gauged flat arches to upper windows and 6/6 and 8/8 panes. Round
headed doorway with recessed pilastered doorcase and radial
fanlight. Discreet C20 canted bay recessed into front right.
