House. C17 or earlier, cased in brick in C18. Timber frame
roughcast with weatherboarded apron to N side of house and rear
wing, fan pargetting to rear extension, and red brick casing to W
front and S end up to eaves level. A 2-storeys range fronting
the street with 2 storeys rear wing and single storey outhouses
in line to rear. Large central chimney at junction of rear wing.
Symmetrical brick front with floor band, 2 windows to each floor
and central door. Flush box sash windows with moulded surrounds,
3/3 panes and segmental arches to ground floor. 4-panel half-
glazed door in moulded doorcase with flat hood on shaped
brackets.
