TL 32 NE BRAUGHING DASSELS
(east side)

2/3 Nos 1 (Totts Cottage),
and 3 - 5

House, now 2 houses. C17 or earlier. Timber frame roughcast on
stucco plinth. Steep old red tile roof. 2 storeys and attics.
A 3-unit central-chimney plan house facing W, with large central
chimney a third from S end. Very large external chimney on N
end. Irregular W front with 2 doors together near N end and 2-
and 3-light small casement windows. Plank doors with broad
frames and flat hoods on shaped brackets. Rear lean-to to No 1.
4-light attic casement window on S end over dripboard at eaves
level.
