House and shop with raised pavement in front. Early/mid C19.
Yellow stock brick, but rear wall timber framed and
weatherboarded. Stock brick revetment wall to raised pavement.
Low pitched slate roof. Deep double-pile plan building, facing
E, with 2 chimneys on each side. 2 storeys and cellar.
Symmetrical 3-windows rear elevation with flush box sash windows
with 8/8 panes, and lower stair window central door over 6-panel
flush beaded door. Street front has corner pilasters and 3
windows to 1st floor. Recessed sash windows with 8/8:6/6:8/8
panes under flat gauged arches. Large 8/8 paned window on left
of ground floor but early C19 shopfront occupied the rest. This
has a 3-light mullioned shop window flanked by fluted pilasters
and 6-panel doors. Full entablature over. Slate and brick lean-
to shop with 3-light window on N end.
