Barn. C18, roof altered early C19. Timber frame on red brick
plinth dark weatherboarded. Roof now slated. A 7-bay tall barn
with double doors in middle of W side, with high pitching doors
in 2nd and 6th bays. Interior has straight braces in walls and
to tie-beams, Queen-strut roof structure, and boarding to the
lower half of the walls. The only complete farm building
surviving at the farmstead on a probable manor site.
