House. C17 or earlier. Timber frame roughcast on stucco plinth,
with steep old red tiled roof. A long 2-storeys house facing N.
Rear lean-to outshot in brick to E part. Central red brick
chimney, external gable chimney on W end. Internal gable chimney
at E end. N front has 3 windows to 1st floor. Yorkshire sliding
casements with small panes. 2 plank doors each with moulded
surround and flat hood linking it to a 2-light flush casement
window nearby toward middle of house. 3-light casement window
near RH end, and small rectangular bay window to LH end. E gable
to road has 2 2-light casement windows and a dripboard across the
end at eaves level.
