6/6 Farmhouse at Warren Farm

GV II

House. N wing C17, S wing mid C19. N wing timber frame
plastered with steep old red tile roofs. S wing brick roughcast
with slate roofs. An irregular Z-plan house facing S. 2 storeys
with parts of differing heights. Oldest part at N has an L-plan
facing E, with projecting lateral chimney on kitchen rear wing on
W and 2-light Yorkshire sliding casement on N side, and 2 C18 2-
light casement windows on each floor on E. Linked by a lower C19
part is the S wing of 2 parallel gabled parts of differing width
with gabled porch on S flanked by flat-topped rectangular bay
windows.
