4 cottages, now 2 houses. Early C18. Timber frame
weatherboarded on stucco plinth. End walls and parts of front
faced in painted brick. Steep thatched continuous roof hipped at
each end. Red brick axial central-chimney to S half (No 2) but
removed in N half (No 1). A long single-storey block facing E
next The Plough Inn. 4 windows to each house: flush casements
renewed at No 2: 3- and 2-light at No 1. Entrance by porches set
back at each end.
