House. C17 or early C18. W extension C19. Restored 1915
(plaque on front). Timber frame roughcast with lower floor on
front (S) weatherboarded and roadside E gable with panelled
pargetting. Steep thatch roof. Lower red brick extension at W
with roughcast upper floor and steep red tile roof. Symmetrical
S front with 2 windows on each floor and central door. 3-light
small-paned flush casement windows, with dripboard on ground
floor. Battened plank door with small hood on brackets. 2-room
end chimney plan house with external gable chimney at W now
enclosed in extension.
