A large country house vhich has gradually developed from medieval times
until the late C18. The beat known element is the southern section, which
++s completely rebuilt circa,1775 in the Adam style. But there also survive
details of the earlier priory buildings of the C15, as well as intervening
alterations of the C17. English Houses. Period VI - Vol. I (Country

The Priory, Garden Bridge, Coach House and stables form a group.
