C18 front, altered C19, to earlier timber framed structure. Colour washed
brick, old tiled roof hipped on left, gabled on right with 2 box dormers
and bracketed cornice. 2 storeys and attics. 4 sash windows, 2 triple
light, in reveals with narrow plain woooden surrounds with cornices and
ornamental covers for blinds. 6 panelled door and rectanqular fanlight
in panelled reveal and architrave surround with cornice on consoles.
Elliptically arched carriageway on right. Timber framework exposed on
south side elevation.

Nos 42, 44, 44A and 50 form a group.
