Late C18 or early C19, part of the same range of buildings as Nos 6-10,
even, Church Street. Colour washed roughcast on brick, old tiled roof
with corbelled cornice and 2 box dormers. 2 storeys and attics. Church
Street front has 2 flush sash windows, Sun Street elevation 1 first floor
sash window, all with glazing bars, ground floor C19 shop window.

Nos 1, 3, 3A, 5 and 7 form a group.
