Early to mid C19. Gault brick, hipped Welsh slated roof with bracketed cornice. Two storeys. Slightly projecting centre, 1 :1 :1 sash windows with glazing bars in reveals under flat arches. Central first floor window in elliptically arched panel. Doorway in centre has five panelled door, two panels glazed, one fielded, and oblong fanlight with geometrical glazing bars under porch with slim ribbed Doric columns.
Nos 28 to 36 (even), Yard Wall to No 36 and No 36A form a group with the former United Reformed Church and Nos 1 and 3 Lower King Street.
