1909 by Bennett and Bidwell. House with 'butterfly' plan comprising triangular
entrance lobby leading into a high living hall connected to the drawing room
by double doors. Symmetrical front with gabled bays flanking gabled entrance
bay with exposed timber studwork. One and a half storeys. Tiled roofs with
brick stacks. Roughcast walls. Mullioned casement windows with leaded lights.
Six light transom and mullion bay window to drawing room. Central entrance
with wood and half glazed double doors.
