1914 and 1920 by Barry Parker. Major additions 1960-5 by C M Crickmer. Classical
style building originally intended to be part of a larger block. Three storeys.
Symmetrical facade with projecting entrance bays. Fenestration 1:1:3:1:1.
Tiled roof with coped gables. Brick ridge stack. Brick front. Architraved
sash windows with glazing bars. Windows of entrance bay in Portland stone vertical
recesses, with cornices to first floor windows. First floor windows in arched
recesses. Ground floor with entablature at first floor level. Architraved
doorways with segmental open pediments.
