1905 by Gilbert Fraser for the Concrete Machinery Company Liverpool.
Technologically interesting house built of concrete blocks for the Cheap Cottages
Exhibition, where it won a special prize. Two storeys. Double fronted with
3 bays. Fenestration, 2:1:2. Hipped, tiled roof with bracketted eaves.
Rendered ridge stacks. Walls of concrete blocks in the form of ashlar with
rusticated block quoins. Precast door and window surrounds. Recessed casement
windows with glazing bars. Recessed doorway with side lights and half glazed
door. Included for technological interest.
