1911 by B Parker and R Unwin. Two terraces of grouped cottages which, with
Nos 60 to 76 (even), form Rushby Walk, a pioneer cul-de-sac development.
Two storeys. One window each. Symmetrical facades to terraces with gabled
end bays. Tiled roofs with brick stacks. Roughcast walls. Two and three
light mullioned windows with glazing bars and tile labels. Labels of first
floor windows in gabled bays extended to form strings. Ground floor with
splayed bay windows half-glazed doors with bracketted hoods extended over
bay windows. The original paintwork specification of cream walls and windows,
and green doors has been maintained throughout.
