1905 by Hesketh and Stokes. Bungalow, the most radical of the 1905 Cheap Cottage exhibits. Sixteen-sided plan and constructed in Cubitt's prefabricated
concrete panel system; a total structure with the plan form derived from
a logical consideration of the material and methods of erection. One storey.
Slated conical roof with asphalt roof and glazed apex. Roughcast chimney.
Roughcast walls with exposed timber-framing. Mullioned casement windows.
Glazed porch and boarded door.
