Public House. Late C16 or early C17 timber frame, extended in
C17 on NW. Front has painted brick ground floor and roughcast
upper floor. Plain tile roof. Red brick ridge chimney stack of
2 suare shafts. 4 small C20 casements. Late C19 extension on
right. Exposed framing on NW end showing clasped purlin roof.
Extension to rear of this has crow-stepped gable end with chimney
stack of 2 square shafts. Beyond is a single storey
weatherboarded barn of C17/18 with a 3-light horizontal sash
window.
