Large C16 timber framed farmhouse with C17 additions to form L
plan. White rendered brick and plaster. steep-pitched plain
tile roof with central C16 red brick chimney stack of joined
square shafts. 2 storeys. Gable end to road is half hipped and
has C17 lean-to addition on right. 4 windows to farmyard, C19
casements. 2 heavily framed bays rights of stack Probably C16.
Probably a C16 crosswind formerly on left of stack, but the 2
bays on left and 1 bay to rear on left are C17 with chamfer-
stopped beams. These parts with clasped purlin roofs, the
framing exposed on far gable end from road. Rear wing has C17
red brick stack.
