GV II
House, formerly 2 dwellings. Mid to late C17, altered C20. Timber frame,
rendered. Half hipped thatched roof. Paired 2 cell lobby entries. 1
storey and attics. Entrance to centre of right bays, recessed plank
door, flanking 2 and 3 light flush frame casements, leaded panes. To
left bays, central entrance replaced by a single light casement,
flanking 2 and 3 light casements. To left of centre a 2 light dormer. 2
rebuilt ridge stacks to centre of each group of 3 bays. Right end: C20
ground floor canted bay, first floor 4 light casement, exposed plates in
broad gable. Left end: ground floor lean-to addition, first floor 4
light casement. To rear: 1, 2 and 3 light casements, two 2 light
dormers, C20 addition to rear left with a half hipped roof. Interior:
exposed framing, clasped purlin roof.
