II
House, formerly a public house. Early to mid C17, altered C20. Timber
frame, part exposed, largely rendered and roughcast. Steeply pitched
half hipped thatched roof. 3 cell lobby entry. Entrance to right of
centre in small C20 projecting bow, C20 flush frame 3 light casements.
Exposed small panel framing of fairly large scantling on first floor to
centre. 2 lunette dormers. Central ridge stack. Left end stack added.
Lean-to added to rear right under a catslide roof, entrance in right
end.
