House, at one time 2 dwellings. Late C16 or early C17, altered C19.
Timber frame, rendered with some weatherboarding. Steeply pitched
thatched roof. 4 cells. 1 storey and attic. Entrance between 2 right
bays, steps up to plank door. Blocked entrance between 2 left bays.
Plinth. 2 light flush frame small pane casements and dormers with raking
heads, tiles below sills. Central ridge stack with C19 white brick on
earlier red brick base. Exposed plates and purlins. Right end
weatherboarded dado. Left end weatherboarded gable over a lower
weatherboarded outshut with a hipped roof, an entrance and a 2 light
casement on return with an additional window on a flat roofed C20 rear
extension. Interior not inspected.
