House, at one time 2 dwellings. C17, altered and extended c.1980. Timber
frame on renewed brick base. Rendered. Steeply pitched tiled roof. A 'T'
on plan with 2 bay lobby entry range and 2 bay cross range to right. 2
storeys. 2 bay range to left has a catslide roof over C20 entrance porch
to right. 1 and 2 light C20 small pane flush frame casements. Red brick
stack behind ridge in entrance bay. Left gable end 3 light casements.
Cross range to right has taller ridge with hip to front, similar
casements, entrance on right return. Gable end to rear right has an C18
external stack, exposed plates and purlins. C20 addition to rear left,
gable to rear with an extruded stack, catslide roof over lean-to with
entrance on left end. Interior: some exposed framing, jowled posts, stop
chamfered axial bearers and fireplace lintel.
