GV II


House, formerly gamekeeper's cottage to Newsells Park. Early to mid C17.
Timber frame, rendered. Half hipped steeply pitched thatched roof. 3 bay
lobby entry. 1 storey and attic. Entrance slightly to right of centre
with flanking 3 light small pane, flush frame casements. Tiled gabled 2
light dormer. Original central ridge stack with an added flue to left. 1
storey slate roofed lean-to outshut added to right end above which an
attic 2 light casement. To rear: catslide roof over continuous lean-to
outshut, 1 gabled dormer, additional slate roofed outshut to rear left.
Interior not inspected. Newsells Park House is not listed.
