Former dairy and laundry to Newsells Park (house not listed), converted
to dwelling. Late C18. Probably for G. Jennings. Red brick. Hipped slate
roof. 5 x 4 bays. 1 storey and attic. Centre bay projects with entrance,
panelled door with semi-circular fanlight in a gauged brick, round
headed surround, impost bands, plat band to continuous parapet with
central pedimental head. Plinth. Outer recessed sashes with thick
glazing bars, gauged brick flat arched heads. 3 box dormers. Rebuilt
ridge stack on left return. Lean-to additions on right return and to
rear with segmental headed casements. Right end winch for well. Interior
not inspected.
