House. Mid C18, possibly earlier origins. Extended and altered early
C19. Red brick with some timber frame, part colourwashed, part
weatherboarded. Steeply pitched half hipped slate roof. Symmetrical 2
cell lobby entry with 1 bay added to right. 2 storeys. Plinth. Central
entrance with 4 fielded panelled door. 3 light small pane casements with
wooden sills, all recessed with cambered heads on ground floor. Later
bay to right is set back slightly with a 16 pane sash on first floor.
Cross axial ridge stack behind entrance. Later external stack on left
end. Right end is weatherboarded over ground floor. Rendered above
lean-to addition to rear left. To rear right a short C19 wing extends
with oversailing first floor, half hip. Interior not inspected.
