Pair of houses. C18, altered C20. Timber frame on brick base. Roughcast.
Steeply pitched machine tiled roof. 2 bays each. 2 storeys. Entrances at
ends with brackets to raking tiled hoods. Blythe Cottage to left has
ground floor 3 light and first floor 2 light flush frame casements. To
right C20 2 light casements. Central ridge stack. 1 storey early lean-to
outshut additions on both gable ends. Later outshuts to rear. Interior:
some exposed framing with tension braces. Included for group value.
