House. C17, altered in C19. Timber frame roughcast. Ground floor of S
part cased in painted brick, and N gable of N part. Steep old red tile
roofs. Slated rear outshut to N part with catslide roof. A 3-cells,
2-storeys house, set back from road facing E with front eaves of N part
extending down to front wall of one storey, and large internal axial
chimney with 3 conjoined diagonal shafts. W front has a 2-lights window
to left of the door in the lower N part, and 2 3-lights similar casement
windows to each floor of S part with door in middle. Catslide rear
outshut with flat topped dormer. Purlin ends and wallplate ends visible
in N gable.
