House. C17 or earlier, some C18 brick casing and alterations. Timber
frame roughcast with plain margins. Ground floor front and crosswing up
to eaves level red brick chequered with blue headers. Large C20 brick
porch in angle of wings. Steep old red tile roofs. A 2-storeys, T-shaped
large house set back from road, facing E, with 2-windows long hall range
with rear outshut, long N crosswing, internal chimney at junction of
wings with lobby entrance beside it, and later internal S gable chimney.
Flush 3-lights leaded casement windows with rectangular panes. Panelled
double doors in porch with side windows. Interior has open fireplace to
main stack in hall, exposed timber framing, and chamfered beam in S room.
