House, now a house and shop. Circa 1700, mid C18 parallel rear
extension, C19 wide lean-to further rear extension, C20 low polygonal
shop extension to front. Red brick chequered with black headers on
front, sandy red brick with some blue bricks to C18 extension. Old red
tile roofs but front slope and lean-to rear extension in slates. A
2-storeys house facing E on corner with The Valley. Stucco plinth,
plat-band, moulded wooden eaves cornice to front. 2 windows to 1st
floor, central door, canted bay to left, and shop extension on right.
Internal N gable chimney, and rear wall chimney to S part. 3-light
casement windows. Sashes to bay. Half-glazed 6-panels door. 3 windows to
1st floor of 2 storeys rear wing with S internal gable chimney. Included
for group value.
