House. C17 or earlier, E wing brick cased in early C18 ('1703' on
brick), W part brick fronted in C19. Timber frame roughcast at rear and
W end, red and blue brick casing to E part in Flemish-bond. Red brick
casing to W part. Steep old red tile roofs. A long narrow building set
back from road facing N, W part 2-bays, 2-storeys, internal chimney
lobby-entry plan with 2 windows to each floor and boarded battened door
between under tiled lean-to porch into LH bay. Flush 2-lights casement
windows with leaded glazing. 2-lights generally but 3-lights to left of
door. 1½-storeys E part of 3 bays with swept dormers at eaves, one at
front, 2 at rear. 3-lights casement window on N and iron wall-anchors
for cross-beam a third from W end. Chimney at W end against W block.
