Lower Green Farmhouse

Farmhouse. C17 or earlier. Timber framed roughcast with steep old red
tile roofs. A long irregular building set at rear of farmyard facing W.
Tall 2-storeys central block with rear outshut, very large chimney in S
half, one flush 3-lights casement window to each floor. Lower 2-storeys
part at S end with a 2-lights casement window to each floor. Entrance by
gabled porch into single-storey N part with N gable chimney. Main
chimney with pilaster strips above roof.
