House, now a public house. C17, early C19 brick front, C20 rear wing and
low extensions. Timber frame roughcast, red brick front, roughcast
extensions, steep old red tile roofs. A 2-storeys T-shaped building
facing E with gabled 2-storeys rear wing. Main range a 3-cells, end
chimneys plan with small porch and entrance a third from the S. E front
of 3 bays framed by chamfered pilasters and base with one window on each
floor to each bay. 3-lights casement windows with cambered arches to
ground floor. Interior has chamfered axial beams.
