Circa 1830, probably by George Smith. 2 storey, 3 window villa. Has been one
of a pair, as low-pitched, slate roof is hipped on one side only. Deep eaves
soffit with paired brackets. Stuccoed walls with plain reveals to windows, those
on first floor segment headed sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor windows
are long casements with margin lights and decorative glazing above transoms; and
they have louvred shutters. Plain reveal to original door with cornice hood.
All along ground floor runs loggia with slate roof and trellised frieze on
slender, round columns.
