C18 Water Mill with low race and undershot wheel, no longer functioning.
3 storeys and basement. Low pitched, slate roof. Red brick with some
random, blue headers. Gable end to street weatherboarded 2nd floor and
above, cement rendered below, only one modern, attic window. Several
segmental-headed windows in north and south returns, mostly blocked on
south side, in 2 tall, segmental arched recesses. Loading door on 1st floor.
