C17 building of 2 storeys, 2 windows. Moderately high pitched, tiled roof,
visible rafter ends. 1st floor cement rendered. Former jettied front,
but ground floor brought forward in red brick. 1st floor windows 3-light
casements in slightly projecting box frames. On ground floor one window
at left and C18 sash window with glazing bars in flush box frame; and one
earlier, 3-light casement at right. Plain doorway. Penthouse extension
to rear.
