Probably C16. Smaller barn from Great Hormead near Buntingford, re-erected
1964. Faced externally with modern brick and tile, and windows inserted.
4 bays inside. Arch braced tie-beam and queen-post roof. Heavier timbers
than in the large barn and closer and more even studding.
