Early C19, 2 storeys, 2 windows. Red brick with diaper of blue headers.
Low pitched, hipped, slate roof. Gauged, flat, brick arches to 1st floor
sash windows with glazing bars. Round, gauged brick arch to door. Contemporary
shop window with dentil cornice and glazing bars on ground floor right;
and contemporary carriage entrance with double doors at left. 1914-18
war memorial tablet set in wall, one of a series of wall plaques in St
Albans which commemorate the fallen of individual streets and localities.
