Small House at rear of Nos 30 and 32 Market Place.
C17 house of 2 storeys, 2 windows under high pitched, tiled roof.
Deeply overhanging 1st floor supported on 3 arched braces. C18 sash
windows in near-flush, box frames on 1st floor. On ground floor modern
window at left and Yorkshire sash at right. Square timber framing
visible on ground floor, filled partly with brick and partly with
decorative pargeting. NMR.
