House and garage, formerly a coach house to Welcombe, now the
Moat House Hotel (q.v.). Late C18 or early C19. Red brick.
Plain tile roofs. The house is a narrow, 2-storey, gable-ended
block with dentilled brick eaves. 2 segmental-headed flush sash
windows with C19 shutters. Circa 1970 door and hood. Single
storey garage on left is a slightly later addition also with
dentilled eaves. 2 segmental-headed wide openings.
