GV II

House. Circa 1800. Painted brick. Double pile, with a twin-
hipped plain tile roof. 2 storeys. Dentilled brick eaves.
Upper floor with 3 windows, ground floor with 4 windows, 2 each
side of central door. Slightly recessed sashes with broad wood
frames and flat gauged brick lintels. Half-glazed door in arched
surround. Applied stucco porch with Ionic columns and open
pediment. 2 red brick stacks in valley of roof. Contemporary
extension on rear left.
