4/230 St Agnell's Farmhouse


Farmhouse. Mid C18. Red brick, partly painted. Timber frame
and plaster rear gable ends. Plain tile roof. Square plan. 2
storeys and attics. Floor band to most of block. The front has
parapeted gable and moulded brick eaves. 4 regularly set
windows. Early C19 sashes with moulded frames,segmental headed
to ground floor. Former door on left has a reeded frame. 2
hipped attic casements. Modern brick on SE end, where house
formerly continued. NW end shows large external C18 stack,
parapeted on top, 2 C18 windows at bottom. Right side has 2 C19
sashes and a half-glazed door with moulded frame.
