House and shop in single range. 1 timber frame. Late C18 or
early C19 right gabled projection. C20 front extension.
Plastered brick. Plain tile roof with tall C17 ridge chimney
stack. 3 C17 gabled dormers with glazing bar casements. Modern
casements and shop to ground floor. Projection has dentilled
brick eaves and recessed casement, and the gable end a large
wrought iron sign bracket. Internally Walnut Tree has chamfered
floor beams, an inglenook, and a C17 half spiral staircase.
