Castle Farm

GV II

Three barns forming an L group. Later C17 and C18. The upper
barn, alongside road, is the earliest and has a gabled cart
entrance towards the farmyard, the gable jettied on straight
brackets. Weatherboarding. Plain tile roof. Interior has queen
strut roof. Tall brick and flint base with plinth. C18 barn at
right angles is 5 bays, 3 bays on E side open. Narrow scantling.
Further C18 barn on S, also 3 bays, but much altered.
