House. 1825 with School House (q.v.) for the Brewer's Company. Stock
brick, stone dressings. Slate roof. 2 storeys. 3 windows. Central
entrance in recess with ogee moulded surround. Flanking small sashes
with ogee moulded block surrounds. First floor: 2 light octagonal pane
casements with moulded mullions and similar surrounds. Triangular
cornice band to boxed eaves. Right end stack. Repositioned stone over
door records building of school by Brewers Company in 1825. Interior not
inspected.
