House. C16, extended early C19, altered C20. Timber frame. Plastered,
some weatherboarding. Slate and tile steeply pitched roofs. 2 storeys. 2
bays. Gable end to road, casements. Entrance in lean-to addition,
formerly shop, to right front and return. Left return: external stack
with offsets, weatherboarded first floor. Extended to rear with entrance
in C20 porch. Interior: ground floor chamfered bearers, first floor
jowled posts with arched braces to cambered tie beams. (RCHM Typescript:
